This page explains what information ChapterWise collects and what we do with it. We've tried to keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect

• The child's name and a PIN, set up by the parent, used to identify their practice sessions.
• The board, grade, subject and chapter selected for each test.
• The student's spoken answers, converted to text so they can be evaluated.
• Basic usage information, like which chapters have been attempted and the feedback given.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the product: to generate questions for the selected chapter, to evaluate the student's answers, and to show progress across sessions. Spoken answers are processed to generate feedback and are not used for anything beyond that.

What we don't do

• We don't sell student or parent data.
• We don't show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We don't share data with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run ChapterWise (for example, processing a spoken answer to generate feedback).

Children's data

ChapterWise is used by school-age children, but access is set up and controlled by a parent. We collect only what's needed to run practice tests and show progress — nothing beyond that.

Data retention and deletion

We keep test history so a parent can see progress over time. A parent can request that their child's data be deleted at any time.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above.
