Refund and Cancellation Policy

ChapterWise is a one-time purchase per grade and subject, not a subscription. This page explains refunds and cancellations in plain terms.

Cancellations

Because there's no recurring subscription, there's nothing to "cancel" — a purchase simply gives access to practice tests for that grade and subject, with no auto-renewal and no further charge.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.

How to request one

Email us at the address on our contact page with the name and PIN used for the purchase. We aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above.
